All customized, personalized, or made-to-order products are final sale.
Because each order is created specifically for you including custom names, colors, photos, designs, or sizing these items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for any reason other than a proven mistake on my end.
If the cost of shipping your package exceeds the amount you initially paid, you will be responsible for covering the remaining balance. A receipt will be provided as proof.
